Am I the only one feeling like the months are just flying by!? Here's a quick update of our famjam.
Andrew:
Made the Real Estate All-star team already this year. Ok, there's no such thing, but if th
ere was, you better believe he'd be on it. He's doing awesome and I couldn't b
e happier for him. He's also an all-star daddy and husband. When he's home, he's soooo helpful and supportive of me.
i love his agent picture-- this is the part where most of his clients ask..."how old are you" or "how long have you been doing this." Luckily Andrew's a good sport about it, and knows his childish looks will serve him well while the rest of us are aging by the moment and he still looks 18.
Daddy built a sweet fort/tunnel that entertained both of them for hours. i love that our house has lots of these crazy moments when Daddy is home. And plus, I got the vacuum out and "encouraged" andrew to vacuum the floor while he had the couches all moved around. Both fun and productive!

This child is a joy beyond belief, even as he approaches the age and behavior of a 2 year old! This next picture series will tell you all you need to know about Bauer right now:

satisfaction of finding the only mud in the yard.... and then blowing kisses to seek forgiveness. and it works most everytime!
He's cute, that's one thing I know for sure. So cute that sometimes my discipline and teaching moments are ruined by my smile and trying not to just laugh. Bauer still loves to dance. He's adding on a few words a week, but he still talks, ALL DAY, just in a language we stupid parents don't understand. He's even started using his hands while he talks, being more animated like that will help us get it faster.
He's becoming a less picky eater which makes me very excited and is most happy when there's a ball and/or truck in his hand. He LOVES to be outside and throws a tantrum close to everytime I make him come inside. It may be nice outside buddy, but it's still chilly. too chilly for mom!
He is definitely a little boy now, not my baby anymore. It's so fun to watch him learn and discover. Even fun to figure out how all this teaching and disciplining stuff works for our little family. It's all an adventure and I'm so glad to be on it with BauerMan.
in the stuffed animal bin with a truck in hand. I find him like his often driving his cars around the top of the basket, or even pushing the little ones through the little holes. And for those of you wondering, yes- that is him threatening to throw the truck at me. :)

I'm just trying to keep up with my boys, get dinner on the table, clean up whatever mess BDiz just made (like yesterdays whole canister of brown rice all over the kitchen floor ;) and mentally prepare to add one more to the mix! I love it, and in the meantime I'm getting use to this rural living thing.
I can't believe I'm already 15 weeks. I remember how fast weeks 20-35 went with Bauer, so I'm just trying to embrace being in the teens! other than the seemingly never-ending fat stage. I was telling Andrew yesterday that I need a shirt that says, I'm not just fat, I swear I'm pregnant! but I've got nothing to complain about. So far, so good. The 2nd time around is a lot different- I'm so excited to get on this new adventure- but still glad I've got 25 more weeks to prepare!
I'm REALLY ready for the weather to start warming up. I've loved the winter feel, but I'm ready for park days, feeding the ducks, day hikes, and whatever else our imagination can come up with!
